People must beware of the company they are ********. We took a hardrive to them in their midrand offices for data recovery. They said they needed to check if they will be able to fix it. After an hour they called and said they can fix it then sent a quotation of how much it will be. That was towards the end of march 2022. We gave them a go ahead. Their company policy says no recovery no payment. After a few days they sent us a sales invoice that we must pay as they have recovered the data and bring an external hard drive to collect the data. They even qouted us for the external hard drive but we said we will bring our own but before we could we were told that the hard drive was taken to cape town since they cant recover the data so they are asking for help from their cape town offices. We were surprised as we thought that data was recovered hence they asked for payment and the external hard drive.

We made the payment to them 01 of April and we have been waiting till now in June the tell us that they have declared the job a no recovery. So i asked about my money since i paid i was then told to speak to Robyn in the accounts department she will help. Its been 3 weeks now trying to get a response from them. Robyn always says the directors are in a meeting regarding the refunding everytime i call and she will call back after the meeting but no call at all. Ive sent emails, ive called but there is no feedback the directors are always meeting regarding the refund.

Me and my husband have tried to speak to them but they are just not willing to give back our money.
