Intratec bad service
What a terrible time-wasting experience! They do not listen to the customer, they just do what they want, not giving you a simple quote, like you have asked. And they eventually quote to fix a hard drive at about 6 times the price of a new one! Stay away!

We are sorry to not meet your expectations. Our engineers assess all jobs within an hour of being booked in, and then a quote for the data recovery services is issued.
We have never offered hard drive repair as a service, and never will. Once a hard drive fails, you cannot repair it. We only recover the data. The recovered data is then copied to a replacement drive that is either booked in by the customer, or supp**** by us at request.
Do you perhaps have a job number issued- we do not have any record of a job booked in under your name around the date you posted this review.
