Bad Service

I sent a 4 terabyte hard drive in for data recovery. They kept on responding with the virtually the same email all the time that they were working on it. No one phoned me - I had to phone them! Eventually after 7 weeks I got to speak to the manager and it wasn't satisfactory. They promise a turnaround of 2 weeks and they couldn't recover the drive.
