intiem boat cruice with msc

We booked for the intief boat cruise from 19th february to 22 februarie through a lady called annemie raath, booking was fully paid in september 2015. We paid for the full package which included flight from joburg to durban the 18th february 2016 stayover in hotel and the taken to the harbour on 19th to go onbourt the simphonia. Then coming back the flight durban back to joburg. We were told that tickets will be emailed 7-14 days before the embarcment. Today is the 18th of february 2016 we never received any call regarding tickets and started phoning msc and the intiem headoffice. We were told that annemie the agent newer did any bookings even our booking through msc was cancelled. An annemie doez not answer her phone and ignores our messages. She has dissappeared with about 22 couples money they but she newer paid anything over and took all our money.
