Not communication or Refund - Bad products

Bought the Blow Up Sofa, lost air within 2 weeks...Bought 2 Intex Inflatable Ultra Lounge Chairs on the 7th of August 2026 and started to lose air within 10 days, and they don't want to accommodate to refund the products of R2199,98...where we need the money to buy another products.
