No filters for there pumps

Got a 330gph pool pump and can't find a filter for it anywhere in cape town. I have phoned Intex and they don't return my calls. I have tried phoning again and now my calls go unanswered. Our swimming pool is 2 months old and already went green because we cant replace the filter. How can they sell products and not have replacement products for them? Is it now going to cost me more money to buy a bigger pump and what then if they also stop producing filters for that pump. I live around the corner from where they are. I sometimes just don't understand these big companies.
