INTEX POOL SA TERRIBLE SERVICE

We have been trying to get hold of someone at Intex pool for a couple of weeks now, Sent numerous emails but till today no luck. All the stand of our pool has rusted right through, and we need replacements urgently but cannot get any service from them. This is absolutely terrible service.
