Intex “Affordable products that do mot last”

Product failure, NO Customer Service We bought anQueen size airbed that we got at Cape Unio. We only used this in-house. Used it around 10 times, mostly indoors. Bought in March 2023. Our airbed tore at the seem. We tried to return it and was told by Outdoor warehouse that Intex are blaming us for over inflating it. I proceeded to buy another one from Cape Union which was incorrectly packaged. I was again blamed by the store that packaging mistakes are never made. The bed was a double instead of queen which I paid for. After returning my money and admitting the packaging error I went back to Outdoor. At least its manager Gert was super professional and replaced the airbed with a second hand one in January 2024. Tonight when we inflated the airbed. The seam was torn and the air-leak was at exactly the same place as before. I am quite disgusted at Intex superiority complex and treating their customers like **** and stupid on top of it. I will NEVER support this product again. Believe you me I will make sure that I spare people in my network the hassle of buying Intex products. This happens to be the umpteenth complaint I see. Unfortunately after making the purchase the fact. Funny enough this is a similar experience that others had with the packaging and torn seem.
