horrible.

I sent a email to them about buying an air mattress and after blowing it up for the first time it had a puncher tried fixing it with the patch that you get in the box what didn't help at all. All that i wanted to know from them is can i take it in somewhere to get it fix because those beds are not cheap and i don't want to throw it away. I have asked Pick and Pay where i bought the bed if i can swap it but they can't help me as i don't have the slip.
