Frustating service

The worse thing is the online store. Items are not appropriately defined in a user-friendly manner. I have a 1000GPH Intex pool pump with a broken ceramic bar. They have 4 different types of ceramic bars on the online shop. I don't know which one fits my pump, They have Ceramic bars for 601,604,635 and 638, but the pumps are not described as these numbers. It doesn't make sense. I would like a description like this: this ceramic bar fits the 1000gph pool pump. In November 2022, they promised to have plunger valves in March this year. still, they don't have them. I've ordered from the Amazon
