Repairs required to pool

We have one of the smaller round pools with the inflatable top. It started tearing at one of the seams at the bottom of the pool. We emailed Intex to get their advice on the best route to take, they informed us that its near impossible to replace if a seam tears, however asked us for proof of purchase. We had bought the pool just over 1 year ago (typical) anyway they emailed us back and said they will replace the pool and 2 days later a brand new pool was delivered to my office. FANTASTIC!!! Thank you Roland for the excellent service.
