Intex sa / coalition trading

I placed an order with them on the 8th of november and made arrangements to pay 50% deposit on the 25th nov wich i did and the remaining balance on the 14th of december and then my stock shall be dispatched that day according to agreement. I paid the amount but got no feedback from the sales person leone marren up until the 18th of december telling me that they can only disspatch it after 3rd jan. I then contacted their sales manager mr yigal goldman on the 19th dec and informed him of my problem as it is part of my kids chrismas gift ,he contacted me on the 20th and told me that he sorted it out and reassured me that it will be delivered on the 25th wich i did not believe because it is christmas day but i gave the bennefit of the doubt beliving that maybe he worked out something else. I requested a waybill no and he said it will follow the next day. I contacted him again on the 26th and told him it still has not arrived he then said that leone marren confirmed that it has been sent bit still no waybill. Now on the 28th more than a month since my first payment still no goods have been delivered. How long should a person keep giving his children empty answers of when their new pool will arrive?
