Intex pool inferior product

Purchased a new intex pool from Game Pavillion and not even 2months the pool pump does not work Properly.The bottom of the pool is made so weak that it ended up having a small hole in and ended up getting so big that we ended up losing all the water and had to dismantle the pool. I have approached the Game store and was told to contact the company which was intex pool. Sent 2 emails and even sent a message on Facebook with no reply going over 2weeks now. I also purchased the **** grass to put underneath the pool because the underneath being so weak.We spent a lot of Money on this product that and are very disappointed in It.The only reason we got the pool was because of lock down.the pool was 4.6m in diameter Please contact me if anything is going to be done ***
