Good customer care!

I bought an Intex above ground pool in November 2019, the 3,6m one and it was seeping water since we got it. It was very difficult to get a response out of them initially and it took a few months (although much was over lock down but I tried before as well ) but in the end they happily replaced the pool liner - and sent a pack of replacement clips for the frame as well. Once I got hold of them the whole business, with delivery took 2 days, which was a great result.

Also the new one is a cool grey colour - which we much prefer over the blue! Thanks Jonhaton for sorting this out so promptly and without issue.
