Empty promises an no respomse from Intex

In May of this year I bought my little girl a Jnr Jump O Lene for her first birthday in June. Upon opening the whole one side was torn. I contacted intex and with a bot of a struggle I returned and exchanged it at the store I purchased it from. About a week after inflating the new Jump O Lene, early in July, it started to pull loose and tear on the seams. On 12 July I emailed Jonhaton and Mr Goldman at intex pools and was promised a new Jump O Lene as soon as stock arrived in September. Well it's now the end of November and after numorous emails, which are simply being ignored from their side, I still Have not received a replacement or any feedback from them.
