Third party claim and taken for granted from a negligence driver insured by Hollard and my claim has been rejected.

I am a third party and i have layed a claim with Interwaste whom they are insure with Hollard and as a third party claimer i am not getting a good service. Hollard is refusing to settled the damages on my vehicle and i am suffering beacuse I dont have an insurance. I do have all the emails I have been corresponding with their agents at Hollard.
