Despite of Hygiene risk Very good trip

The travel with Intercape Sleepliner 05/01/2023 was a good trip we very satisfied with service at Bellville station. The drivers were skeptical about taking my packages but everything was packed safe and arrived in a good state.

Trouble we had was that the toilet on the bus did not work and this caused a stinge in the bus. There were also some bugs in the bus which is very unhygienic and showing videos of how busses are sanitized for Covid reasons but than the bus is invested with bugs is very contradictory. Than the seat head covers are filthy they need to be changed out n washed.

The eating trays we wipes to have something to eat but wow the wipe was black and actually had to wipe it downa few times before we could actually use it.

I would say if you can up the hygiene on the bus than you would get 5 stars everytime
