Worst Service you can think of

I have tried so many times to get assistance from this company they just don't care about their customers. Yesterday I sent an email to their operations manager he only responded with 1 or 2 lines, I then sent him another email explaining my situation and my request, he never responded. I tried calling no luck I tried face book well that guy takes the cake... he sent one message for me to check their portal, which is useless as it does not update... and just ignored me there after. And this delay is their fault they mis-routed my parcel I'm very very disappointed and would never recommend these guys
