Worst experience ever. Wish there was another delivery option

I’ve had such a bad experience with this company. I ordered from shein and the parcel got delivered to them. They marked my package as delivered but never delivered it. They even went as far as saying it was signed for but no proof was given to me. When I get to the warehouse they tell me I’m not allowed in. They don’t answer calls and emails.
