The worst courier service in South Africa

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I purchased an engine from a supplier in cape town. The packaging for the engine was incorrect, the dispatch of the engine was delayed by 4 days from the Johannesburg branch, I received the item only to find that the engine has been thrown around from side to side while being transported. It took me over 40 phone calls to get the item here 6 days after my supplier had dispatched it from their store. This is a company that i do not recommend using under no circumstances. The people who work in the Johannesburg office never had a clue as to what was happening with my packaged 99% of the time. The female I spoke to by the name of Jackie was extremely rude at times when I called to find out where about my item was she often asked if she could call back but never did. This was a nightmare of an experience of which I would never want to relive. it almost felt as if I was never going to receive my package and yes after 6 whole days of waiting on excuses I got a damaged item of which was perfectly intact when the supplier had dropped it off at the CPT depo.
