The worst courier company in East London

The worst courier service in East London. My parcel arrived from Joburg to their depot in East London on Tuesday and the tracking shows"Loaded for delivery from East London facility& Dispatched" for the last 3 consecutive days but I haven't received the parcel yet. Their customer service is pathetic.
