terrible service

<p>i have been trying to trace a parcel collected by intertown from PE going to EL. i phoned the EL branch 7 times the person on the swithboard just kept on putting me through to different numbers that just rang and rang and the phone never gets reverted back to the switchboard. even the manager was unavailable. how do you do business like this. this is pathetic. because of their incompetance i am going to lose a big order.</p>
