Rude

I have been a client with ITT for many years, yes they have messed up orders in the past but have always rectified them, They recently broke a printer of mine which i needed for completing a print job, they send forms, loose those i resend! They mess up and only deliver half the package of the next order (Previous claim on printer not settled - R5000.00) loss to me, This morning i phone Johann from ITT in Middelburg, and out of the blue am told all sorts of nonsense, character degrading and absolute no respect in any way. I will NEVER do business with Intertown Transport again, if i can give some advice, stay far away from ITT, they are quick to take your money, not quick when it comes to fixing mess which they have made. Never in my life have i seen a delivery boy treat a client like this and i have made the decision not to let it happen again, I advise EVERYONE to do the same. Very Very sad that ITT has ended up this way, I would rather pay more and get the service I expect from a professional company. Still not even an official email on update of damage they caused nor an apology, totally pathetic. Driver even bad mouths the company he works for, NOT ON!!!
