Poor service

I have ordered clothes on Shein on the 30th March 2024 I contacted buffalo international logistics and I was told my parcel is with intertown couriers, it was delivered by Buffalo long time last week on the 10 th April. It has been on them since it’s already past 13 day to no receipt. I have 2 parcels, BUFZA***YQ and BUFZA***YQ. I am home based and no delivery was made. I can’t even get hold of them and they are now lying to say it was delivered in wrong branch, I have been using same address since 2021 to shein
