Poor customer service ITT couriers

Terrible poor customer service and bad attitude from Cape Town branch of ITT couriers. I have been calling them since Tuesday about my parcel that has been with them since 28/3/24. They dont even call you back to confirm about the date of delivery.Today I have made 11 calls and not a single of them when transferred to the operator or the customer service department was picked up. It's either the call would be hung up or no it will go on voicemail. I am so frustrated at them right now. I wanna go and pick up the parcel myself because they have failed to deliver my parcel.
