No customer service!!!!!!

Worst courier company ever!!! They have absolutely no customer service, you can send numerous emails and they just DO NOT respond. Track your parcel, it is out for delivery, but they DO NOT deliver the parcels. They also DO NOT update the tracking status and parcels will be with them for days before they decide to update. Buffalo must seriously make use of another company for deliveries as this company CAN NOT deliver!!!!
