NEVER AGAIN.

My order has been handed over to ITT &it has been with been with them for more than 10 days now . The last update I got was that have got backlog of Items from Temu. I tried calling all the numbers made available on the internet no one is picking even sending them emails countless times didn’t make the situation better . I’ve ordered & paid customs, I even mailed the CEO's of the company they came back to me but from the Cape Town Branch there is just NO ANSWER. all their number dial once then they drop the calls. Can I get my parcel please.
