Mixed laggage

Nozulu bus??their service is the worst. I traveled from Durban to JHB yesterday and the driver was on the phone all the time. We got to JHB around 6 Pm and they made us got off the bus outside the park station and it was dark. It happened that the bags were exchanged I took the bag to their office immediately when I found out. But when I asked for their help to track the owner of the the bag who might happen to have mine they refused. They told me it is not their job to do that.
