Missing package

Just writing a review about the POOR service received from Intertown Transport in Cape Town.

I have been waiting for a package delivery from them since the 5 April 2024. Every day it is out for delivery and everyday there is no delivery.

I have called multiple times and been transferred all over to many departments with no help. This is if they even answer, almost impossible to get hold of them

The latest excuse them is that they have no idea where my package is. Cannot confirm if it is at the depo or with the driver. How does a courier company work this way?

Sadly there customer service does not exist.
