Lack of information

This company portrays they are the best at what they do. Well that's not true, we booked a collection, went personally to the bookings, gave all the details and what it is. Upon collection the driver didn't want to take it as it was not rapped properly or boxed, called the office and ask why, then i had to find out that they cannot take it as it was supposed to have been boxed. Told them but why wasn't i informed when i made the booking as all information was given. So i will not deal with this company again, would rather deal with other courier companies that gives the service
