ITT Transport Pathetic Service

ITT Transport Cape Town branch has the most PATHETIC service ever! Their customer service department are pathetically lazy! I've called the branch on 3 April 2024 for 5 consecutive hours. I only got through to the reception girl about twice, she puts me through to customer service department, no one answers the line. The reception girl says she doesn't know why they aren't taking the call when she can see their lines are open. I called the operations manager Gary Higgins for assistance, who gave me another lame excuse as to the lines that are busy, he takes my number to call me back, and to this hour he has not called me.

I called the PE and JHB branch, got through immediately, but unfortunately they could not assist me because mu parcel I am wanting to query is lying with the Cape Town branch.

Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service from the Cape Town branch.
