ITT George is shocking in service delivery, rude and disrespectful staff with no real interest in customers

George ITT gave me the worst experience ever, my package got lost and two weeks went past without anyone informing me. After multiple calls I finally got answers The staff told the package was at George Depot. But there was nothing. Nobody at ITT have reached out to me to apologise for the inconvenience nor that have caused the lost package.
