Intertown Transport loses parcels

This is the 3rd time in 3 months that Intertown Transport lost my parcel. When I phone them to track the parcel, they did not even have the Tracking number on their system. My parcel was thus not traceable.<br> Each time I phone to ask about the status of tracking, I speak to a different person who takes a long time to answer the phone. Sometimes the phone is cut off and I have to phone again. Then I am put through from person to person. Always promising to phone back but never does.<br> Last parcel was found after 3 days of struggling and was on his way to a total different destination.<br> Really bad service!
