Intertown thrown away my parcel

They are completely unreliable!!

A parcel was sent to me from Aramax on Monday, 07 October 2019. They then handed it over to Intertown Transport, Cape Town on 07 October 2019 as I live in an outline area. I had lots of patience, as I know couriers take bit longer to reach outline areas. But this is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

A week later, 14 October 2019, no parcel has been delivered to me yet. I phone intertown, but they have “lost” my parcel. No one there knows where it is, who handled it, NOTHING !!!

I phone them, then I am put on hold forever. They promise to call me back - not one call has been made by them to me. I even phoned head office - still NOTHING from any intertown branch.

No arrangement has been made to search for the parcel. I order online regularly and this is by far the worst courier company in South Africa.

And I see that my problem is a regular thing with Intertown. Looks like they throw away people’s parcels on regular basis.
