FAIL TO MEET STANDARD OF CLIENTS

They do not deliver on given address or should i say written address.i for one stay at a nurses home 40km away from town i do not own a car they threatened that they will send my parcel back to Mtata since i wont be able to come take the parcel. Struggled and found a colleague luckily she was in town managed to get my parcel but it has not yet been on my hand since i am at work. The main question is why did they take the parcel if it is not going to be delivered at a given address!!!!!!!kindly change this courier
