Extremely Unreliable Service – Complete Disappointment!

I had the unfortunate experience of using this service, and I am beyond frustrated with how unreliable and unprofessional they are. They promised a delivery on a specific date, and despite repeated assurances, they simply did not deliver. What’s worse, there was zero communication from their end. No updates, no explanation, and certainly no apology.

I tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but it was impossible to get any response. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value your time or keep you informed. At this point, it's clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction.

This lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitments shows a complete disregard for their customers. I would not recommend this service to anyone—there are plenty of other reliable companies out there who actually deliver on their promises and keep you in the loop. Save yourself the headache and choose a more dependable option.
