Placed order on Internet mid morning. Same afternoon picked up in Cape Town from the seller. Next day (24 hours after placing order) delivered to me in Knysna. The tracking was excellent. Will definitely use them again.

On their website was given the option to buy insurance. Although it is optional the value of my parcel was sufficient to justify the cost (was not exorbitant).

The overall cost of the service was very competitive.

In comparison to the big international branded couriers, I am very happy and will definitely use them again.
