do not use intertown services

Good day Recently shiped 2 fishing rods,taped together and with eyes in a pcv pipe,packed with rags around to protect rods in pipe. written on waybill handle with care its brakable. parcel collected on time in jbay send to cape town. buyer was contacted 2 days late and beeing told both rods have snaped. now they say its not been send correctly,but yet on pictures u can clearly see intertown transport have plastic also w****d around rods that was not there origanaly.i have fotos of rods where it was send,how they arrived and of waybill with special instrictions. it was collected in jbay with a truck so rods were in a truck when it left so should have been protected. please advise if annyone can assist.first time i ever used intertown transport and will for sure be the last and i can recomend that it is poorest service ever recieved,so protect your assets and goods by never using intertown ever again
