Complaint

I ordered clothes at shein on the 2nd august and my order was suppose to arrive on the 23/24 august but it didn't arrive instead when i tried to track the order it says "signed and received by customer" off which i didn't get the order and said their truck was hijacked they not even bother to call i had to check on them.
