Bolt is a disappointment

I'm so disappointed with Bolt I reported an issue with the driver who ran away with my change and still they haven't attended to my matter and to make matters worse this driver is not doing this for the first time. The matter was reported and it seems like they never attended it because now he has done the same to me.
