Bad Service, No Delivery.

I had a parcel delivered to me, and it was someone elses parcel, it was collected, but I did not receive my parcel yet, it's been a week now. I have another parcel that was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago. I check the tracking info, it keeps showing "dispacthed", but I never receive the order. I tried contacting support, no one picks up, tried email, been over a week, no reply. I don't recommend Intertown Transport, worst experience with a courier service.
