Bad Customer Service

Such pathetic service I got from 2 of your candidates. Firstly it's Siphiwe/Siphiwo that responded to my query by telling me that he is too busy with a client he can't assist me instead of just taking my name, number and Waybill number and try call me back.

Secondly Roxy, she had the audacity to call me to tell me that I am belittling her after responding to my email about logging a complaint, why wasn't she prompt in responding with the first email? Okay she might not have seen it but where is the customer service if she is going to instead of fixing a situation, blabs about how I am "belittling" her.
