Awful service

Awful service after tracking my order from takealot. I see that intertown transport springbok has it. I emailed them asking if it will be delivered today or tommorow because i must be in town so if it will be today i can pick it up. The lady told me that it is on its way to be delivered to me. Well it is been 4 hours i have been waiting. I still got stuff to do. And nobody are replying on my question. Pathetic service. Waisting my whole day waiting for them. And nothing shows up
