Aramex with intertown transport

Iv always used aramex now i truly dont know my parcel was a overnight parcel sent Monday suppose to be with me Tues when i called them they told me they dont have it hence online tracking was the, wensday morning they told me to call itt, which was even worse colured ladies wit no help and a black guy called anele who told me i should call the driver. I tried it rang once and after he put his phone on voicemail but earlier they said my parcel would be with me withen an hour. Im still waiting for him to call me back nothing. Why should customers pay for a overnight service if they will get such service and aramex was the one suppose to deliver which i truly dont understand. I issued a complaint on their Facebook which who ever rep**** said it would be sorted but nothing has been. They are ****** with poor service and unprofessional staff. Im ****ed
