Appaling service & *********** staff

George Branch - according to the tracking it shows parcel was out for delivery dated 9 February 2024. I called the office and i was told yes its still out for delivery. Which in fact it wasn't.

This morning after numerous attempts to get a hold of someone at the George Branch finally someone answered. According to them the package was scanned but NEVER loaded onto the vehicle.

Now im being told the package will be delivered on Monday instead. What kind of operation is ITT running. Why lie or mislead your customer??!!

Truly appalling service.
