Well Done.Intertoll needs more employees like this

I had numerous with SANRAL/INTERTOLL during the past year, ranging from not being able to get a toll concession card, toll lanes being closed during peak hours, and my payments not being captured on time. Perumal took the effort, contacted me, listened to my concerns and acted immediately. Had i dealt with Perumal initially, all issues would have been resolved then and there with no more complaints required. <br> <br> I am really impressed with the response and follow up i have received from Perumal, <br> <br> Intertoll should employ more employees like Perumal, who are dedicated to improve the roads for all road users
