Since Valentines 2016 my GF and I have been victims of a total psycho harassing us non stop on email, text and blocked calls that just hang up. The police said they couldn't do anything unless we were threatened or if we had proof of who it was then they would visit the person and warn them to stop. We suspect my ex, but had no proof. So no help there. I googled for a way to trace the person and found some sites recommending Intertel. We had a consultation and gave them all the details we had. The guy we spoke to Brett said he'd get back to us with a plan of action the next day. Instead of the plan of action i was expecting, Brett just sent a quick note asking "Do you know XYZ?" (I don't want to get sued by mentioning names). I was numb all over when i read that. Its my ex, the person we suspected. I asked my GF if we'd mentioned my ex to Brett and she said definitely not. I wrote back to find out more and I found out that in some of the emails I was sent the person including photos of our house and then also a few office documents showing copies of chats. Intertel was able to extract information from those files like who the author was, what the computer name and username is, for the camera they got the camera details and GPS location as well as other info linking my ex. The final piece of the puzzle was the first number she used to text us. Intertel traced it to her younger brother as his old SIM card which she obviously took to harass us. Brett arranged for a police officer from a different station to register a case for me and now that has been done. I couldn't resist calling my ex to tell her that the police were on the way. She went hysterical begging me withdraw the case. She admitted everything after a while of denying it. I didn't expect to put this behind us so soon after meeting Brett, and with an invoice of under R2K i'm stoked. Intertel = problem solved. You deserve these 5 stars (my first ever).

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the awesome review. These types of cases don't always come to such a speedy resolution - it depends on the circumstances and situation. In this case we were fortunate that the suspect hadn't taken steps to sanitize the files that were attached to those emails and that the suspect had used devices that leaked sufficient data to identify her. It could just as easily have gone the other way. That said, we have a flawless record of success in these matters so we'd almost certainly have identified her regardless - it would probably have taken a few days longer, that's all. I hope that this is now behind you for good and that you can look forward to that "life of happiness" you spoke to me about. Take care.
Brett
