Completely ignored by Intertel
<p>My girlfriend and I have been severely harrassed and stalked since February this year, so I did my research and saw that Intertel had great reviews so I decided to go with this company.</p> <p>However the service we've received has been terrible. I was patient at first but this is just ridiculous now. Once payment was made on May 9th, I felt as if we were totally forgotten about. WE have to constantly follow up ourselves and it takes days to get a response at times, no one ever contacts us regarding progress...till date, we've got nothing to show for it. I get the sense that priority is given to those who pay more etc. </p> <p>The harassment is getting alot worse day by day and I'd really like to get somewhere meaningful in our investigation.</p>

Again, my apologies for the lack of communication. That is the last thing any person needs when faced with a situation as stressful as ongoing harassment. We've taken steps to prevent this from happening again. I've revised our procedures in these matters to ensure that investigators explain this more fully and touch base more frequently during these waiting periods.
As mentioned, we're waiting on the Courts who've set a hearing date on 27 July. Until the respondent appears (or at least responds) the process cannot proceed. As promised, I will be handling this matter personally, and have reached out to the Clerk for an update. As soon as I hear back i'll get in touch.
