An amazing service
<p>My daughter was receiving nasty messages from a number we didn't recognize. The police said they couldn't help because no threats were made and the service provider said i needed a police case for them to help. I mentioned the situation to my boss and he suggested I contact Intertel who had done some work for him in the past. I battled to get hold of them by phone (it was the weekend so maybe they were closed) but I got a quick response via email. I send the details they asked for about the number and i got a reply about an hour later with the person's details. My daughter knows the person and we've arranged to have a chat with her parents tomorrow to sort this out. </p>

You're correct in that our offices aren't usually open for business over the weekend, but certain services (and therefore staff) are available 24/7 and you should still have been able to get in touch with the duty manager at any hour of the day. I'll look into ways of better publicising our after hours contact details so that this isn't an issue going forward. We hope that the situation between your daughter and [name withheld] has been resolved and that your daughter is now able to get on with her life.
