Filthy dirty Rondebosch Oaks
Every resident living in Albion Rd Rondebosch does their best to maintain the front of the property bordering Albion Rd. EXCEPT Rawson Properties. Clearly they have sold all the flats and have moved on. A warning to all potential buyers. PLEASE take a little time to clear the rubble and maintain the garden beds planted by yourselves! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Rawson Properties to Intersect Property Management by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

The 2nd phase of this development was handed over to the body corporate in Jan '12. Please contact Craig @ Intersect Sectional Title Services to log a complaint with them and not the Hello Peter platform, a simple phone call to our Head Office in Rondebosch would have sufficed.
